Highlight it with your mouse, right
click on the highlighted recipe. Choose the option PRINT.
Change the Print Range from ALL to SELECTION. Press the PRINT
button on the screen.
Brownies with Mint Filling
1 box brownie mix
Make as directed on package or use your favorite recipe.
FILLING
1/3 c. flour
1 c. milk
Combine the flour and milk to make paste; cook over low heat until thick.
Cool. 1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
Few drops green food coloring
Beat sugar and butter in small bowl. Add coloring and flavoring. Add flour
mixture a little at a time beating constantly until consistency of whipped
cream. Spread over cooled brownies.
CHOCOLATE TOPPING
1/3 c. chocolate chips
1/3 c. margarine or butter
Melt together over low heat. Stir, cool slightly. Spread in think layer over
brownies. Store in refrigerator. Very pretty for holidays.
