To Print
out only the recipe highlight it with your mouse, right
click on the highlighted recipe. Choose the option PRINT.
Change the Print Range from ALL to SELECTION. Press the PRINT
button on the screen.
Chocolate Pecan Brownies
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 sticks margarine
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
Mix sugar and flour. Bring margarine, cocoa and water to boil and add to
flour mixture. Then add buttermilk, eggs, vanilla, and soda; mix well. Pour
into 10x6 pan or 11x17 jelly roll pan. Bake 15-20 minutes or until done.
FROSTING:
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 stick margarine
6 tbsp. milk
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Bring cocoa, margarine and milk to a boil, then add other ingredients until
spreading consistency. Spread on cake immediately upon removal from oven.
