Nancy, I have a
Brownie recipe I'd like to share. But first would like to tell you how much
I enjoy your site. Thanks for being there for all of us.
INSTANT FUDGE BROWNIES
2/3 cup Flour
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup stick Margarine (softened to room temp or in microwave) best if not
melted
1/4 tsp Salt
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
6 Tblsp Baking Cocoa
1/2 cup Walnuts chopped coarse
Put all ingredients in mixing bowl EXCEPT nuts. Doesn't matter what order.
Mix all together with a spoon NOT MIXER. The batter will look very grainy
when stirred enough. Stir in nuts and pour to 8x8 square pan and bake at 350
degrees for 25 to 30 mins. DO NOT OVERBAKE. These are super good chewy
brownies and very rich and chocolaty. I've never found anyone that didn't
love them.
