Combine all the ingredients together in a blender/ food processor. Mix until the candies are completely chopped up and well blended with the other ingredients. Pour into the jar and pack firmly. Seal and decorate jar, and attach the recipe tag. Bavarian Mint Flavored Coffee Place 2 - 3 rounded tbsp. of the mix into a mug. Add hot water, stir and enjoy!
