Frozen Cranberry Cup

1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 can whole-berry cranberry sauce
2 mashed bananas
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple,
drained
Line regular sized muffin tins, or tins, with paper or foil cups.
Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Fill muffin cups
and freeze. Set out to partially thaw about ten minutes before
serving. These keep well in Ziploc freezer bag for a long time. Are
convenient to have on hand. Nice with chicken, turkey, pork or ham.
