Meatloaf with Cranberry Glaze

1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. hot pork sausage
1/3 c. quick cooking oats
1 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 sm. bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. ketchup

Beat egg and milk together, add remaining ingredients, mix well. Place in 9 x 13 inch loaf pan.
