APPLE CIDER BBQ BARBECUE SAUCE
1 sm. bottle apple cider vinegar
1/2 bottle or less Worcestershire
1/2 can beer (mix & marinade meat 1 hour, overnight)
Good sop on beef (hamburger, chicken, whatever)
Cook meat - basting with sop - leave sop pot under hood so that it will have a smoky taste. When meat is about half done, bring pot into house and heat over moderate heat. Add 2 tablespoons mustard, 1 bottle catsup (large or small) and 2 tablespoons brown sugar or more tasting until vinegar taste is mild. Add 1/2 can of beer and heat over moderate heat. Sop meat with this about 2 or 3 turns before it is done.
