BANANA ICE CREAM

2 c. banana puree
egg substitute to equal 3 eggs
7/8 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 c. cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt

Add sugar gradually to beaten eggs. Continue to beat until mixture is very stiff. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into can and freeze as directed.
