BARBECUE CHICKEN BREASTS
|
1/2 c. cooking oil (I use olive oil)
1 egg
1 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. salt (especially if you don't cook it right away)
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. red pepper
|
|
Lay chicken breasts in single layer in a flat container. Pour the marinade over and under the chicken. Let sit from 1 to 3 days. Barbecue the chicken slowly over medium heat for about 45 minutes. Baste as needed. Makes enough for 5 to 6 halves.
