1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 can refrigerator biscuits
3/4 cup grated fat free Cheddar cheese
In skillet, brown meat, drain. Add barbecue sauce and set aside. Place biscuits in ungreased muffin cups, pressing dough up sides to edge of cup. Spoon meat mixture into cups. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 400 degrees for 12 minutes.
