CAULIFLOWER SALAD
|
1 head cauliflower
1 head lettuce
1 lb. bacon (cooked and broken into pieces)
1 onion (chopped)
2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
DRESSING:
2/3 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dill weed
Few dashes Tabasco or any bottled hot
sauce

Salad: Mix and let sit in refrigerator overnight or about 12 hours. Mix again and serve.
Dressing: Mix and pour over salad.
