4 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
4 tbsp. butter or margarine
12 c. freshly popped corn
2 tbsp. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
Combine marshmallows, chocolate, butter and corn syrup in a 2-quart glass mixing bowl. Microwave on high for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes or until melted. Stir until smooth. Stir in vanilla. Pour over popcorn and toss lightly in a 4 1/2 quart glass mixing bowl. Press mixture into a 9x13 inch glass baking dish.
