CINNAMON ROLLS
Disolve 3 pkgs. yeast in 1/4 cup warm water with a pinch of sugar.
In large bowl cream 1/4 cup shortening, 1/2 cup sugar, 3 eggs (add one at a time). Add 2 cups very warm water, 2 tsp salt. Mix by hand! Add dissolved yeast stir by hand!
Add 6 cups flour. Stir. Cover with towel. Put in refridgerator to rise 3 hours.
Prepare several pans (about 4) with butter then white sugar, then brown sugar.Be generous as this will make the "frosting"
Divide dough into 3 or 4 sections. Roll onto floured surface into rectangle shape.
Cover dough with butter, then brown sugar then white sugar, sprinkle with cinnamon. Lots!
Roll dough so that dough is longer than wide. Pinch dough together. Cut into 1 inch rolls. Place into pan about 1 inch apart. Let rise to double their size, about 1 hour.
Cook 350 for 15-20 min. As soon as they come out turn them out onto cookie sheet. The sugars from the pan will have melted and will make a frosting. If you don't want that many roll, make some rolls and some into bread.
