10-1/2" glass pie plate
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. almond or vanilla extract

TOPPING:
3 tbsp. sugar
2 c. sour cream (16 oz.)
1 tsp. vanilla
Any kind of topping

Have all ingredients at room temperature. Beat cream cheese until light and creamy. Add eggs one at a time. Beat after each. Add 2/3 cup sugar and almond extract. Pour into greased pie plate and bake at 325 degrees for 10-15 minutes, just until sides are lightly brown. While in the oven, beat sour cream and 3 tablespoons sugar and vanilla.
