10 c. freshly popped corn
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. honey
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
Combine brown sugar, honey and butter in a pot over low heat. Cook until mixture bubbles around edge. Remove from heat, pour over popped corn and mix gently with spoon. Cool slightly. Grease hands and form the honeyed corn into balls. Place on waxed paper and allow to cool and harden. Makes 14 to 15 balls.
