LONDON BROIL QUICK MARINADE
For beef chuck shoulder steak. Steak, about 2 lbs.
1 tbsp. salad oil
2 tsp. chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. pepper

Trim excess fat from steak and wipe with damp paper towels. Lay steak on cutting board. Combine remaining ingredients and brush half over steak; let stand about 45 minutes. Place steak, oil side up, on lightly greased broiler rack. Broil about 4" from heat, 5 minutes. Turn, brush steak with remaining oil mixture, broil 5 minutes longer. The steak should be rare. (Broiling times may vary.) Remove steak to cutting board and slice very thinly on the diagonal across the grain. Garlic loves will love this steak!
