MICROWAVE CHEESE FUDGE CANDY

1 lb. Velveeta cheese
4 lbs. confectioners' sugar
1 lb. margarine
1 c. cocoa
1 - 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt margarine and cheese in microwave - do not burn cheese. Mix cocoa and sugar together. Add margarine to dry mixture. Add vanilla; mix well. This will be stiff. Add nuts. Pour over into a 9x13 inch cake pan that has been buttered. Pat out evenly. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into small pieces. Makes 6 pounds
