MICROWAVE GRAPENUT PUDDING

3/4 c. Grapenuts
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 c. raisins (optional)

Mix grapenuts with butter. Blend sugar with eggs, add grapenuts to egg mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into baking dish. Microwave on HIGH for 6 minutes. Stir and cook 6 more minutes. Baking dish needs to be covered.
