1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. water
1/2 c. sour cream
Salt to taste
1 lg. cucumber, sliced
1 med. red onion, sliced
In bowl, combine oil, vinegar, sugar, water, sour
cream and salt. Add cucumbers and onion; toss to
coat. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Yield 4 to 6 servings.
