Make 9 inch pie shell.
Prick with fork, bake at 350 degrees for about 7 minutes (until set, but not brown).
Mix together: 3/4 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons flour.
Add and mix 1 cup sour cream.
Add 1 beaten egg, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1/4 teaspoon salt,
and 2 cups finely chopped apples.
Put into pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
(Filling is almost set.)
Combine and sprinkle over top of pie:
1/3 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1/4 cup butter.
Return to oven for another 8 minutes.
