In a large baking dish 9"x13" arrange the bread in the bottom. In a medium bowl mix the eggs, milk
and vanilla, baking powder. Pour over the bread and turn each piece to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove dish from refrigerator and let set. In a large bowl combine the strawberries,
bananas, sugar and pumpkin pie spice. Pour strawberry mixture in baking dish large enough to hold the soaked bread. Place the bread on top the strawberry mixture. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon/sugar. Bake 350° 30 minutes. Serves 4.
