STRAWBERRY BREAD
|
3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 (10 oz. each) pkgs. frozen strawberries, thawed
1 c. cooking oil
1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
1-1/4 c. pecans
4 well beaten eggs

Sift first 5 ingredients together into large bowl, make a well in center. Mix remaining ingredients well and add to the bowl. Mix slowly and thoroughly with flour mixture. Pour into two well greased loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
