STRAWBERRY CINNAMON BREAD
|
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries, thawed
4 eggs
1-1/4 c. oil
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Stir strawberries, eggs and oil together. Add dry ingredients and stir until blended. Bake 1 hour or until done in 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
