STRAWBERRY COOLER

2 c. sliced fresh strawberries
2 tbsp. honey
2 c. cold milk
1 pt. strawberry ice cream, softened
Fresh whole strawberries, if desired

Place strawberries, honey and a small amount of milk in a blender container; cover. Puree until almost smooth. Add remaining milk and ice cream. Blend until smooth and frothy, about 1 minute. Serve immediately in tall, chilled glasses, garnished with fresh whole strawberries.
