STRAWBERRY JELL-O PUDDING CAKE
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
6 oz. pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
Whipped cream
Fresh strawberries

Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Bake in a greased and floured 9x12 inch rectangular cake pan. Let the cake cool to room temperature. Using a two pronged cooking fork, poke holes from top to bottom all over the cake. Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups of boiling water. Once dissolved thoroughly, add 2 cups of cold water and stir. Pour mixture over the cake and refrigerate for 2 hours. Prepare pudding according to package directions. Before pudding is set, spread it over the top of the cake. Refrigerate until pudding is set. Top the cake with whipped cream. Add sliced fresh strawberries, if desired and serve.
