WINE VINEGAR MEAT MARINADE FOR STEAK

2 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1 clove crushed garlic
1/2 chopped onion

Combine all ingredients in glass dish and marinate meat for 1-2 hours or overnight. Double recipe for large piece of meat.
