Turkey Melt, Lower Sodium Version (Leftover Turkey)

4 slices whole wheat sodium reduced bread
2 teaspoons low fat mayonnaise
6 ounces left over roast turkey, sliced
2 teaspoons Mrs. Dash Minced Onion Medley Seasoning
2 slices low fat, low sodium Monterey Jack cheese

Spread the bread with mayonnaise, add turkey slices, sprinkle with Mrs. Dash
seasoning. Lay cheese slices on top. Place second slice of bread on top of each
sandwich. Wrap sandwiches in a paper towel. Microwave for 30 - 35 seconds or
until cheese is melted. Makes 2 servings.

Potassium per serving: 296mg Note: You can grill these sandwiches in a sandwich
grill. Preparation Time: Approximately 5 minutes
